A trio of classic-rock giants will hit the road together this summer for a two-and-a-half-month tour that winds across the U.S. Foreigner, Styx and Don Felder will launch the Soundtrack of Summer tour in mid May. Foreigner and Styx toured together in 2010. ”The two bands, although different, seem to complement each other,” Foreigner guitarist Mick Jones told Billboard. “The audience enjoys both, I think, and with the addition of Don Felder, that’s kind of an interesting evening’s worth of music.” Tickets are available now!
These two bands have been rocking out for decades, building up a repertoire of the best rock anthems ever made. Keeping up with the times the bands epic live shows are a blast from the past but also with newer music releases, the new younger modern audiences are also catered for.
Styx are are best known for melding the style of prog-rock with the power of hard-rock guitar, strong ballads and elements of international musical theater.
